The Opportunity
- Managing a diverse client base including providing support, tax and business advice
- Preparation of income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships;
- Preparation of financial reports for companies, partnerships and trusts; and business activity statements (BAS) for a range of clients, including managing compliance deadlines
- Using a range of accounting software including MYOB, Quickbooks and Xero
- Contributing positively to the culture of the business and working with others toward team goals
- Building lasting relationships with clients
- Training, supervision and management of more junior team members
About You
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, autonomous and have great communication skills as quite often the role is required to be client facing. They will have the adequate qualifications and have previous experience within Business Services/Taxation in a public practice environment.
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 5 or more years' experience in a similar role
- CA/CPA qualified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills due to extensive client contact
- Strong business acumen
- Possess strong leadership skills
