Processing Officer | 12-months Fixed Term | Part -Time (25 hours/ week) | Christchurch

As a Processing Officer, you will be a critical element of the supply chain delivery of freight and parcels to our customers. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring freight and products are sorted, processed and dispatched correctly and within established timeframes to be handed over to our couriers.

In this dynamic job you will:

• Sort our customers' parcels and freight from our Syd Bradley Depot
  
• Dispatch correctly to our couriers to ensure they can deliver on time
• Handle freight in a careful and professional manner
• Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and raise issues where required

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Ready for a physically demanding role - heavy lifting is required
• A team player, supporting and building a connected team
• Have good geographical knowledge
• Be able to work Tuesday to Saturday from 1.00am to 6.30am
