Accounts Duties include:
- Accounts payable process
- Posting invoices
- Bank payments
- Processing expenses
- Accounts receivable
- Processing sales invoices
- Credit Control
- Month end processes
- Reconciliations
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Production of monthly management reports
Office Duties:
- HR responsibilities
- General admin
- PA duties
- Facilities management
- Ad hoc duties
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have accounting experience - essential
- Have organisation skills - essential
- Have Negotiation skills - desirable
- Be IT proficient - essential
- Have good knowledge of finance systems (Xero and Stage) - desirable
