A fantastic mix of Accounts and Office duties. This role is for 6 months and is offering between £35,000 to £40,000

Description

Accounts Duties include:

  • Accounts payable process
  • Posting invoices
  • Bank payments
  • Processing expenses
  • Accounts receivable
  • Processing sales invoices
  • Credit Control
  • Month end processes
  • Reconciliations
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
  • Production of monthly management reports

Office Duties:

  • HR responsibilities
  • General admin
  • PA duties
  • Facilities management
  • Ad hoc duties

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have accounting experience - essential
  • Have organisation skills - essential
  • Have Negotiation skills - desirable
  • Be IT proficient - essential
  • Have good knowledge of finance systems (Xero and Stage) - desirable
