Staff Accountant

Overview of the Staff Accountant role:

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts
• Handle month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with preparing and monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, financial statements, and forecasts
• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Assist in annual audit

Preferred requirements for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelors in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 2 years experience in general accounting.
