Description

• Managing a high volume of invoices - accurately coding and processing

• Responsible for managing the AP inbox

• Managing purchase orders

• Ensure filing is up to date

• Account and Statament reconciliation

• Data entry and finance administrative tasks

Profile

The successful candidate will be able to commence within 1-2 weeks, they will have at least a year experience in a similar role - Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping, or Accounts Officer. They will have great excel skills, communication skills and most importantly great attention to detail.
