Company based in Cape Town is currently seeking an experienced Accountant to assist with a 2 month contract. Must have a strong personality, focused, pays attention to detail, organised and methodical. Salary R35 000

Responsibilities:
Capturing job cards onto QuickBooks
Stock Control
Mass Balance after each load
Admin functions as required
Accounts receivable and accounts payable
In addition, help with collections, billing and journal entries, performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking filing and other duties, as needed.
Making phone calls, replying to emails and basic bookkeeping.
Debtors, Creditors, VAT, PAYE & Reconciliations.

Requirements:
Accounting degree
Must have accounting experience
Debtors & Creditors
VAT & PAYE experience
Reconciliation & Invoicing experience
QuickBooks experience will be an advantage
Must have at least 2 contactable references
Clear criminal record & ITC
