Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Manager:

• Data Entry- the Accounts Payable Manager will ensure invoices are being coded/applied to the correct GL accounts
• Check Runs
• ACH & Wire payments
• Communicate with business owners to obtain proper approval on invoices
• Communicate with vendors to mitigate any errors or billing questions
• 3 way matching
• Bank reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close
• prepare and file the 1099's electronically
• Track expenses and process expense reports

Preferred Requirements for the Accounts Payable Manager

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• MUST be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Adaptable and team player
