ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT NEEDED - This role is currently open due to growth. AP & AR focused! Encouraging all to apply with experience in oil & gas, or construction.

The position will include but not limited to:

• Accounts Receivable - delivering weekly reports on the status of 60 and 90 past due on AR aging.
• Proactively contact customers to ensure invoices have been received and are in the process of being paid.
• Receive customer checks, apply to customer accounts, scan into our bank, and prepare deposit for Accounting Manager's review.
• Process credit card payments.
• Processing Accounts Payable invoices.
• Help with timekeeping to assist with payroll and billing.
• Assist Accounting Manager with bank transactions and bank reconciliations
• Process credit memos as needed
