*Qualifications: *

* Complete BCom Accounting
* Studying towards CIMA
*Skills:*

* Excel Advanced - non negotiable
*Job description:*

* Cost control
* Check all costs against the allowable of contracts and any other costs outside of contracts to be investigated and approved by the directors.
* Control the wages costs with the labour brokers time sheets, calculations of hours worked, overtime, leave pay provisions etc.
* Oversee procurement and logistics
* Asset and stock control checks on site
* Supplier invoice cost control
* Ensure all costs are recovered monthly
* Load all payments on bank once approved by site / senior management
* Liaise with all site managers and project managers on performance of each project to effectively manage costs and profitability
* Project reporting monthly to senior management
