Project Accountant

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Compensation: 60K-70K plus bonus

This is an amazing opportunity to become a Project Accountant for a growing property management and development company based in Phoenix. This company has operations in much of the western United States and they are looking for a Project Accountant to help oversee the accounting for some of their key properties.

Responsibilities of the Project Account position:

• Intercompany Accounting
• Account reconciliations
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Assist with annual budgeting
• Oversee the accounting for assigned properties

Requirements for the Project Accountant position:

• BS in accounting or finance
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with construction or property management accounting preferred
