Primary responsibilities of the Staff Accountant include:
- Large number of bank account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Month-end closing responsibilities.
- Oversee monthly cash flow.
- Prepare monthly wires and ACH payments.

Ideal skills and background for Staff Accountant candidates:
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Industry experience is a plus
- Strong reconciliations experience
