Executive Assistant to the Group Auditor

Your Team:

Group Audit & Assurance (GA&A) provide independent, objective and commercial risk focused assurance to the Board Audit Committee to assist the Group in securing and enhancing the financial wellbeing of its stakeholders.

The Role:

This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide 1-1 senior executive support to the Group Auditor.

Location:

Brisbane | 180 Ann Street

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Administrative support | Provide proactive, effective and efficient support to the Group Auditor.
  • Diary management | Proactive, efficient time & diary management and maintenance of e-files
  • Inbox management| Monitor inbox, prioritise emails, and assist in the preparation of responses and comms.
  • Board Preparation| Coordination of Group Audit Board papers for meetings with Board Audit Chair, CEO, CFO etc.
  • Document management |Collation of pre reading materials (presentations, meeting papers etc.), assist in the review of papers to ensure any items manager is accountable for are prioritised and actioned in a timely manner.
  • Meeting management | arrange meetings, produce and distribute agenda, action items and associated papers as required and to the timeframes required. Attend meetings, taking minutes and action items as required.
  • Travel and Events | Co-ordinate/arrange travel, appointments, conferences, functions and team social events.
  • Stakeholder Engagement| Establish and maintain strong, effective, strategic and appropriate working relationships within business partners, Executive Assistants and other stakeholders.
  • Onboarding Support| assisting with submitting recruitment requests, position management, technology requirements, and facilities.
  • Reporting | Generating reports, assisting with budgets, monthly FTE analysis.


We're interested in hearing from people who have:
  • 5+ years' EA experience supporting a senior executive
  • High discretion of confidential and highly sensitive information
  • A pro-active style, has exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office suite (advanced level)
  • An ability to build relationships easily across the business, are highly personable with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexible.
