We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional Accounts Payable Officer to join the team.
The opportunity
You will be a part of the Accounts Payable Team which is responsible for day-to-day processing and ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable function. The team provides a high level of service to the organisation and its suppliers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Ensuring payments are made in line with payment terms
- Processing of reimbursements, refunds, and expense claims
- Liaising with suppliers and responding efficiently to stakeholder queries
- Setting up and maintaining automatic payments
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for credit & debit cards, bank accounts, and accounts payable ledgers
- Liaising with employees across all levels and disciplines, within the organisation

You will need:
- Previous accounts payable experience within a corporate finance team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including excel
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Process driven with great attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Diplomatic and fair interpersonal skills which enable successful results
- Knowledge of ABBYY, MediusFlow, Expensify and Netsuite ERP systems are desirable but not essential
