As a Base Support, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Home Base in the delivery and performance of our targets covering all of our touchpoints
- Driving and maintaining a Growth Mindset culture
- Working to ensure day to day operations run smoothly
- Working day-to-day as part of the team (on the tools)
- Able represent the voice of the customer to our stakeholders - and customer-centric by putting them at the centre of everything we do
- Motivating the team towards goals via coaching and feedback
- Supporting and driving to UFL's vision and purpose
As a Base Support you are:
- A servant leader by seeking to understand by listening, and focusing on the growth of people through Blue Heart Culture & Growth Mindset
- Working collaboratively with the Channels team and stakeholders, by incorporating feedback when appropriate
- Exuding passion and energy to foster enthusiasm among the team in bringing UFL vision to life
- A critical thinker - using my Initiative to identify gaps - and to get things done
- Adaptable and flexible to changes in priorities and demands
- Self-directed and can be relied on to work when no one is watching with the highest integrity
- Confident with technology and mastery of systems and processes
- Proven track record in leading a successful team for at least two years, in either retail, hospitality or a contact centre environment
