Job description:
Working as part of the Accounts Receivable Team you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration in the Key Retail Team within AR, working closely with both External and Internal Stakeholders, while studying the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard over a period of 18 months.
Salary:
£10,335 per annum for first 12 months of apprenticeship then National Minimum Wage
Key responsibilities
- Transactional Processing.
- Entering credit notes and invoices onto ERP System
- Enter / download data into/from Customers Portals
- Allocating / Reconcile customer remittances, matching credit notes & repayments, identifying document types, raising debit notes on ERP system within specific timelines.
- Self-Bill reconciliations.
- Other Responsibilities.
- Get PODs
- Maintain Internal Trackers
- Prepare basic reports using Business Intelligence and ERP System.
- Attending Team/Customer meetings.
- Liaise with internal teams and customers for data to support processing claims.
- Support other Team Members, to deliver tasks to specific timelines.
- Provide Holiday Cover for Team Members.
- Other Hoc Admin.
- Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct
Essential Requirements:
- Computer literate
- Organisation skills - able to plan and prioritise time to deal with conflicting priorities
- Drive and enthusiasm, with a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly numerate/literate
