Requirements:

• Very good level of English & Spanish -minimum B2
• Knowledge of accounting principles would be an asset
• At least 1 year of relevant experience would be an asset
• Higher education diploma, preferably in accounting/finance, accounting courses would be an asset
• Very good communication & teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Posting of PO and non-PO invoices
• Preparation of payment proposals
• Responding to vendor queries (via e-mail)
• Performing period/year end closing activities for Invoice to Pay process
• Preparation of closing reports
• Creation and update of process documentation
