We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client located up in Brea. Will work a hybrid schedule. Train in office and then work remote. Come into office 2-3 days a month.

- Will be responsible for processing high-volume AP invoices
- Handle 2/3-way matching, purchase orders and vendor management
- Handle research and discrepancies
- Vendor reconciliations, assisting with month-end close and check runs
- 2+ years of full cycle AP processing experience
- Intermediate Excels skills
- Great Plains experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
