We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client located up in Brea. Will work a hybrid schedule. Train in office and then work remote. Come into office 2-3 days a month.

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
  • Will be responsible for processing high-volume AP invoices
  • Handle 2/3-way matching, purchase orders and vendor management
  • Handle research and discrepancies
  • Vendor reconciliations, assisting with month-end close and check runs
Requirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
  • 2+ years of full cycle AP processing experience
  • Intermediate Excels skills
  • Great Plains experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
