Primary Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly financial statements
  
• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and various analysis worksheets
  
• Assist with month - end closing process including journal entries, financial statement preparation, and budget to actual analysis
  
• Application of cash receipts (in A / R and G / L)
  
• May be responsible for posting and booking outgoing invoices (in A / R and G / L)
  
• Maintenance of the fixed assets system, processes and reporting. Ad Hoc projects as required

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 3+ years of experience in Accounting
  
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel on an intermediate level using V-Lookups, Pivot Tables and high volumes of data
  
• 2+ years of experience analyzing large data sets
  
• 2+ years of experience handling multiple projects
