Job Description (Vendor Invoice and Payment Booking)

• Posting of all payment entries (Domestic and Foreign) with accuracy and in timely manner

• Reconciliation of Payment and Booking of Invoices

• Scrutiny of vendor ledger accounts including advances.

• Co-ordination with team for record-keeping of all documents

• Verification of Invoices with accuracy and ensuring proper tax deduction
