Job Details
The position of financial accountant will support the financial controller with financial reporting (IFRS) statutory accounts, month end process, controls, compliance and risk.

Description
Subject matter expert for owned processes
Assisting in the Annual statutory reporting for the consolidated Group and other Group entities.
Assisting in monthly, interim and annual group reporting
Perform month end activities including the posting of month end journals and completion of HFM schedules
Performance of analytical review to understand movements in the month
Supporting the Financial reporting team in BAU work and projects
Development and maintenance of SOPs for owned processes
Provision of technical advice and guidance as required on owned processed
Driving process and control improvements
Effective stakeholder management of all contributing to the reporting process
Profile
Recently Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA
Degree Educated
Large Corporate Experience
Exposure to IFRS
Financial / Statutory Accounting
Ability to work as part of a team

Job Offer
£45,000 - £55,000 dependant on experience per annum.
