- Deal with credit-Related issues;
- Opening new accounts and conducting credit verification on new customers;
- Maintain correct credit limits with credit insurer;
- Release suspended orders ;
- Send out monthly statements ;
- Allocation of payments to ensure accoounts have been paid in full ;
- Assesing accounts for possible write-offs or legal action;
- Customer visits to maintain customer relations ;
- Tmeous handover to attorneys ;
- Maintain the monthly book value as per current KPI .
- Matric
- Credit Management Diploma ;
- Knowledge of the ERP System ;
- 3 Years Experience in as a senior credit controller ;
- Ability to communicate on all levels with management and clients .
