Description

Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for assisting the preparation of the monthly accounts. This position will also take ownership overseeing some elements of the transaction finances.

This will include participating in projects. Some of the key responsibilities will be but limited to completing the accruals and prepayments, posting journals, managing payments, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns and monthly inter-company reconciliations. You will also be responsible for assisting the production of the monthly KPI reports on the performance of the business as well as business partnering with key internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

• AAT part qualified/qualified or ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified and actively studying towards a professional qualification
• Microsoft excel skills, experience in using Vlookup and Pivot Tables
• Previous experience in accounts and preparation of management accounts
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and progressive nature
• Previous track record of working to deadlines and being a self-motivated
