About the Role
Sitting in the Operational side of the business, covering extended leave, this go-to Accounts Payable role requires a proactive person with a thirst for learning and growing. It will work closely with a range of stakeholders in the business and provide support to the Southern Commercial Manager.
In this essential role, you will be responsible for:
To be successful in this role you will be highly motivated, possess an eagerness to learn, and enjoy a fast-paced and team oriented office environment. You will have previous experience processing a high volume of invoices, exposure to Tech One or other ERP software will be highly desirable, as well as comprehensive Excel skills.

- Data entry
- Processing invoices, credit notes
- Management of accounts (payable, receivable, disbursements, expenses, receipts, etc.)
- Stock management and reconciliation of shipments
- Liaise with suppliers and staff in relation to invoices and payments
- Provide administrative/clerical support for the Commercial Manager
