Lookinf for an experienced Accountant for a well established concern
DUTIES
Preparation and management of external audits across the Group;
Statutory records of all group entities (CIPC);
Maintaining accounting records and recordkeeping of Group entities
Preparation of annual financial statements of all Group entities;
Performing consolidation and preparation of consolidated annual financial statements;
Ensure timely and accurate daily cashflow requirements and cashflow reports
Adhere to timely treasury investment instructions;
Responsible for the administration function of online banking and bank accounts across the group;
Monthly reporting of operating costs;
Monthly payroll review and release;
Compliance with tax legislation and SARS compliance, including PAYE, VAT and Income Tax for Group entities;
Preparation and distributon of monthly Management Accounts of subsidiary companies;
Preparation of annual budgets for subsidiary companies;
Implement, enforce, and adhere to adequate and strong internal financial controls.
Ensure that all corporate compliance within finance environment is adhered to.
REQUREMENTS
BCom Degree
3 Years' experience as Accountant
Insurance industry experience preferred
