Job Duties:
Assisting the Contracts Administrator
Job Duties:
- Maintain monthly billing schedules and client profiles.
- Prepare documentation required for AIA submission.
- Data entry for contract budgets and owner change orders.
- Interact with clients and Project Managers to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Collection of aged invoices.
- Process cash receipts.
- Daily and monthly cash flow reports.
- Job variance reports.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining A/R accounting policies and procedures.
- Setting up new projects in Sage 300.
Assisting the Contracts Administrator
- Process contracts, change orders, and purchase orders, as directed.
- Setup files for new bids and projects to distribute information to Project Managers and Accounting department according.
- Maintain log of outgoing contracts.
- Prepare and file preliminary notices when required.
- Meet with Project Mangers to review current projects.
- File contract documents in accounting department.
