A key leadership position within Serco. The role requires strong leadership skills with the ability to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. We are seeking a Workforce Management Audit Analyst Team Leader to manage and develop a team of multifunctional staff to deliver essential services.

The Opportunity

Leading the Workforce Audit Analyst team, you will be responsible for ensuring all employee hours are accurately reflected in the Serco workforce management system and assist the Operational Support Centre with automating time capture processes for payroll purposes.

The Workforce Management Audit Analyst Team Leader will ensure compliance with relevant awards, EBAs or other employment instruments, through consultation with the Industrial Relations Specialist, be the Subject Matter Expert for Time and Attendance functions and management of a team including mentoring team members, providing guidance and training as required and in line with Serco policy.

As a people leader, you will develop effective relationships that influence, support and lead across your stakeholders within and outside of your immediate responsibility. You will work with high-performing Serco leaders and with external stakeholders to deliver on this evolving service.
