Job description

1. This position is responsible for Billing of customer invoices and Cash Applications of Incoming receipts from customers
2. Basic/Intermediate Excel, Word and Microsoft Office knowledge
Manual invoice Booking, ITC Follow-ups (Weekly), Reconciliation of FIRCs - SEIS Applications, GL Review and Quality Assurance and Controlling, Foreign WHT Follow up & Tracker Maintenance, Vendor Forms, Schedules preparation, Debtors reconciliation for resolution of multiple TDS non payment issues, etc

3. Must have - Working knowledge of Finance Operations (OTC )
4. Must have - oracle cloud ERP knowledge and F&A working experience.
The Senior executive is expected to Validate the Invoices line-item by line-item and also validate the receipts in Bank statements and apply to invoices accurately
5. Generate Billing to customers - timely and accuracy of data inputs into ERP
6. Good to have - Customer account reconciliation, interaction with external customers in resolving account reconciliation related queries
7. Good communication skills as this role involves interacting with customers across regions
8. Provide support and generation of existing reports and dashboards
9. Ability to coordinate with stakeholders Ability to coordinate with stakeholders in across multiple locations
10. Minimum knowledge of GST and TDS.
