  1. Stock Maintenance - Ensure that stock is always updated by posting entries of stock receiving and issuance.
  2. Orderly Stock Keeping - Keeping the store tidy and organized at all times.
  3. Stock Check - Stock checking after receiving the Bill of Materials of an order.
  4. Purchase Requisition - Preparing the purchase requisition for all the items in the Bill of Materials of an order that are not in stock.
  5. Price Quote - Get the best price quote of the items to be purchased, Also, maintaining a vendor database with prices, payment terms and lead times.
  6. Purchase Tracking - Ensure all daily purchase targets are met. All pending purchase targets have to be assigned a new target date.
  7. Purchase Order - Preparing purchase orders and submitting to vendors after approval from the Finance Manager.
  8. Purchase - Procurement of materials as per the set quality standard and cost. This also involves arranging of materials that involve further processing, such as dyeing etc.

  1. Daily Targets - Ensuring all daily targets of production are met.
  2. Order Status - Daily reporting of production status for the bulk and sample production.
