Job Details
Requirements:
2-4 years on similar position
2 English on at least B2 level and/or French at least B2 level
Understanding critical elements of order and contract
a. Sales Order
b. Purchase Order
c. Inventory
d. Logistics
e. Overview of the contract
Business Impact of errors downstream
Relevant industry experience - similar ERP preferred
Understanding critical elements of contract and their effects on issues raised
Responsibilities:
Perform Quality audits to measure accuracy identifying errors and closure of transaction in specified timelines.
Decisive in RCA and in tracing responsibility
Determine the follow up requirements and mode of follow up
Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement
Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams discussing process updates and process gaps
Must understand Business Impact of errors downstream
Clear written & oral communication skills with internal customers.
