Come join our Jobfit family with our Accounts Receivable Officer role at our growing head office in North Adelaide.
Our well-established occupational health business, Jobfit Health Group, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for Permanent Full-Time position at our head office based on Melbourne Street, North Adelaide.

Jobfit Health Group delivers a broad range of occupational healthcare services to thousands of businesses nationally, including pre-employment medical assessments, work fitness assessments, injury management and prevention, drug and alcohol screening, onsite medical services, health surveillance and health and wellness programmes.

Responsible for ensuring that invoices are correctly coded, approved and processed, supplier master data is maintained, and disbursements are made to suppliers within allotted timeframes.

It is an exciting time to be part of Jobfit, we are growing at a rapid rate and are employing for a wide range of roles across the country. This Permanent position is working Full-Time (Monday to Friday) 38 hours per week for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Providing the highest level of customer service to key stakeholders
  • Operating effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Complying with privacy and confidentiality principles to all work practices including Fullerton Heath Australia Policies and Procedures
  • Identify and report any potential problems or disruptions to Management which could relate to the interruption of business or impact upon the Jobfit service provision.
  • Prepare support for the preparation of audits as required.
  • Processing of high-volume accounts payable
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret data
  • Contributing to the cashflow reporting function
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role.
  • Previous experience in SAP and/or MS Dynamics 365. highly desirable
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft programs. Must have intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Ability to deliver services in a manner consistent with the requirements of the client and/or the service agreement between Jobfit and the client.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience interacting with a wide range of people.
