About DecmilWe are an Australian-owned company who has successfully delivered integrated construction and engineering solutions for over 40 years in the infrastructure, resources, energy and construction sectors across Australia. The RoleDue to ongoing growth within our business, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to administer Decmil's supplier onboarding, processing and payment processes. As our Accounts Payable Clerk your responsibilities will include: Process Accounts Payable functions including onboarding and maintaining suppliers, verifying invoices, inputting invoices, obtaining approvals, processing payments and attending to supplier queries. Administer the eftsure supplier and payment verification process. Reconciliation of supplier statements. Maintain subcontractor insurances. Processing of employee expense claims. Assist in streamlining Accounts Payable processes and procedures and ensuring the Finance function is efficient and accurate and continues to add value to the business. Other responsibilities may be required Reconcile and process monthly travel invoice allocation to projects. Collate, reconcile and process credit card statements. Mobile phone and fuel card invoice allocation to projects. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 2 years' Accounts Payable experience is essential. Sound knowledge of Accounts Payable and general accounts procedures. Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Good knowledge of ABN, GST and ATO invoicing rules. Good knowledge of company systems, processes and procedures. Experience with ERP packages with Jobpac experience highly regarded. High computer literacy skills with previous experience with Microsoft Excel. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Able to work autonomously and also in a team. Highly Desirable Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Have a thirst for knowledge and be keen to embrace Decmil's culture.
