Admin - ensuring all documents and communication is correctly saved in OOH Folders

E-mail follow ups and responses

Chase list creation and sharing

Contract requests and alignment with schedules

Site Bible compilation

Assistance with any further admin, tools and systems

Municipal approval requests

Gathering news and Insights on OOH Trends, challenges and opportunities: maximising out of home's impact from our clients

What will be gained/learned:

Day to Day of Out Of Home department workings

Building of long-lasting relationships with key suppliers and teams
