Accounts Receivable Officer

Randstad have teamed up with a well renowned State Government department in the Transport sector to recruit two Accounts Receivable vacancies.

Details about the role:

• 12 month contract, ASAP start
• CBD location, able to work from home 2 days a week
• State Government department, full time role
• VPS3 $45.45 per hour + super
• Experience with Oracle highly regarded
• MUST be double vaccinated

Duties include:

• Checking and responding to emails
• Extracting, sorting, and naming of monthly vehicle logbook files (Adobe PDF Pro)
• Recording vehicle logbook entries into database (IBM Notes)
• Tracking received and outstanding vehicle logbooks (MS Excel)
• Reviewing of logbooks for completeness and follow-up with relevant stakeholders, where required
• Assisting with process improvement, when needed
• Liaising with Fleet team, Business Area Fleet Representatives, and drivers
• Maintaining and filing appropriate records
• Support Account Receivable team in creating invoices and updating customer master dunning records/setups
• Helping with AR Receipting and day to day AR operations as required
