While you will spend your first few months in the office training you will then be giving flexibility to WFH for part of your week.
The Role
As an Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer you will be given a great degree of autonomy to manage your ledger as you see fit. You will take ownership of the ledger and be tasked with driving recoveries in a timely manner. You will maintain relationships with all your stakeholders, which will be key to your success in the role. Recoveries will take about 50% of your time, with the remainder spent on key reporting/invoicing/allocating/reconciling activities. The team are a great bunch who celebrate the diversity within their team. No one takes themselves too seriously & they try to see the lighter side in all situations.

To be successful in this role you will come from either an Accounts Receivable, Credit Officer or Collections Officer background. You will enjoy working in team environments where you support those working around you. - Raising Invoices
- Re-invoicing for adjustments
- Allocation of payments
- Evaluate customers' ability to pay
- Negotiate payments
- Handle queries
- Reconciliations
- Allocations
- Assist in legal escalations
- Regular reporting on outstanding debtors
