Job Requirements:
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist will include:
- 3-way match, verifying product/costs
- Identifying discrepancies in invoices
- Vendor statement reconciliations
- Assisting with the check runs and filing
- Completing other various accounting functions as required
Other desirable attributes include:
- Must have BS or AA Degree
- 4-7 years of accounts payable experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and vlookup)
- Knowledge of Oracle or similar software
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work independently, as well as cooperatively as a team-member
