Our client, a well-established organization located in City of Industry, is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist to add to its growing team.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist will include:

• 3-way match, verifying product/costs
• Identifying discrepancies in invoices
• Vendor statement reconciliations
• Assisting with the check runs and filing
• Completing other various accounting functions as required

Other desirable attributes include:

• Must have BS or AA Degree
• 4-7 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and vlookup)
• Knowledge of Oracle or similar software
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to work independently, as well as cooperatively as a team-member
