Our franchised new car dealership client is seeking an Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk to assist their team based in the Chadstone area.

Our client is a well established, franchised dealership located in the upper Chadstone area of Melbourne. They have a vacancy for an experienced Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk. The dealership offers security of tenure, pleasant, friendly surroundings and career advancement opportunities for deserving staff. The role is Monday to Friday only.

Applicants for this position will ideally, but not necessarily have previous accounts payable / receivable experience gained in the automotive industry. You will have strong communication skills and have knowledge of Excel. Duties will include:

• Processing and coding invoices
• Reconciling all vendor accounts to statements monthly
• Preparing daily EFT payments
• Daily banking of cash/cheques and eftpos
• Managing debtor accounts

Salary envisaged for this position will be up to $65k + Super.
