The Company
Robert Half is currently recruiting for a highly regarded and prestigious organisation in Melbourne's inner suburbs. While offices are close to the city itself, the company actively promote flexible working so most days will be worked from home. Ideally you will be able to commute in periodically for meetings.

The Role
This is a permanent position which supervises and overseas the staff and operations within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Billing.
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, daily duties will be as follows:
This is a busy and varied role that requires a candidate with prior experience managing teams and delegating workload. The team are very knowledgeable and manage themselves to some extend but this person must be able to support their staff while also handling reporting and analytical tasks.
This is a large organisation who can offer growth and development to someone who excels in this role over a period of time.
Interviews will be conducted throughout mid-late July. Ideally someone will be able to commence in August. Salary package including salary packaging and super is likely to sit around $120-$125k

- Overseeing and providing mentorship for a team of 9
- Setting KPI's and managing flow of work to those in the team
- Handling complex billing queries and complaints
- Analysis of debtor reports and reporting findings to Senior Management
- Monthly KPI reporting
- Conducting team reviews and managing internal relations
- End of month reporting and ledger balancing
- Verifying accounts payable payment runs
- Cashflow reporting and basic treasury work
- Attendance at Management meetings monthly
- Supporting with processing during peak periods
