We are looking for your Accounts Receivable skills. Our client is a leading growth-focused company in the manufacturing industry offering a dynamic work environment.
This role has arisen due to increase in workload and will see you sitting in a well-tenured finance team, with a supportive and fun culture!
This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, so you must be immediately available for work, and residing in Perth to be considered for this role.

The Role
The responsibilities of the successful Accounts Receivable Officer will include:
- Maintain and manager the receivables ledger.
- Receipting and allocation of payments.
- Inputting and processing journal entries.
- Reconciliation of accounts.
- Preparation of weekly summaries for review and processing.
- Monitoring customer accounts for delayed payments.
- Ad hoc Administration duties as required.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in an Accounts Receivable spanning at least two years.
- Forward-thinking skills in MS Excel.
- Special client focus to provide excellent service to business partners.
- Experience using MYOB will be beneficial (not essential!)
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working supplier relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
