Our Client is a family-owned construction company, looking to find their next permanent Accounts Payable Officer superstar to come on board due to recent growth. The offices are based in the North West of Newcastle and you will be joining a team of 7.

Reporting to the Divisional Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Data entry of supplier invoices
• Ensuring accurate & timely processing of a high volume of invoices
• Weekly timesheet entry and reconciliation
• Reconciling supplier statements and accounts
• Assisting in payment processing runs

You will have:

• Experience in a similar type Accounts Payable role
• Full Australian working rights
• Great communication skills, both written and orally
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• Any experience within the Construction Industry would also be advantageous
