Accounts Payable Clerk

Reporting To: Group Accounts Payable Manager

Based At: BrandAlley, Lower Ground Floor, Telephone House, 69-77 Paul Street (Hybrid)

Hours: Mon to Fri 9.00 to 5.30pm.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Overview

• Accurate posting of stock invoices to financial system
• Resolution of discrepancies
• Management of on time supplier payments
• Supplier reconciliations
• Supplier account maintenance
• Building relationships with internal teams and suppliers
• Accounts Payable Inbox management on a rotation basis

• Experience working with PO stock invoices (must)
• Retail Experience

Skills/Experience

• Motivated individual, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Accounts Payable experience
• Stock reconciliation experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel

The Role

• Start date: ASAP
• 37.5 hours per week
• Notice Period: 1 month
• Hybrid working (2 days at home, 3 days in the office)
• 25 days holiday - Additional 1 day for each completed calendar year capped at 30 days)
