Purchase Ledger Clerk

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a purchase ledger clerk to work for our prestigious client.

This is an excellent opportunity for those with previous experience in purchase ledger that are looking for a role with variety. This role involves collaboration with the purchasing team as well as various other accounts duties.

Duties to include:

    Input invoices/credit notes via POs and ManualMatch invoices to Purchase orders and PODsCreate and send supplier payment runs in 3 different bank accountsSupplier statement reconciliationsReview the ledger quarterly and resolve any outstanding issuesOpen and distribute the post each dayPost Stock invoices and match to GIWReview Expenses claims and extract the VAT element where necessaryFilingRaise and manage claims with our stock suppliersManage and track deposits and advance paymentsPost bank transactions for 3 different bank accounts including foreign currency accountsResolve email and telephone queries
To apply you will need:

    Previous experience of purchase ledger or general accountsStrong communication skillsTo enjoy working as part of a team
