A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Bookkeeper to join this leading Accountancy Practice based in their fabulous Chester office.

You will complete bookkeeping to Trial Balance ready for accounts production. Duties will include:

  • Purchase & Sales ledger management and reconciliations
  • Data entry and processing
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Entering journals
  • Liaising with HMRC & clients

This is a hybrid role working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home - standard hours are 8.30am-5.30pm but are fully flexible. Benefits include medical and life cover, car scheme and a rewards package.

This is a permanent role with a basic salary of up to £24,000 per annum.

To be suitable for this role you will have previous practice experience in a similar role and an excellent working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks and Sage.
