Your new role

This is a broad ranging role, taking responsibility for the site on the north east coast of the USA, and does require some travel (approximately 1 week in a quarter - this is flexible). You will face some operational challenges around stock, and inventory management, and will need to be confident to challenge and influence the refinement of these processes and on site management implementation, largely from a remote position. You will work closely with the MD of the site, as well as the Financial Controller in the UK. It will be advantageous to have previous experience in this area, as well as the ability to oversee full operational reporting of financial data, some costing, budgeting, forecasting and management accounts production and reporting.


What you'll need to succeed
With demonstrable effective communication skills, you will be organised, with the ability to manage multiple demands for information, and be able to complete work to deadlines. As a proactive self starter, you will also have ERP system experience and perhaps be part qualified or qualified by experience.
