Apprentice (Audits)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and well organised individual. An ideal opportunity to take your first steps into the world of work. You will develop your skills and abilities and gain valuable experience. Alongside this you will be offered the opportunity to undertake a Level 3 apprenticeship program.

£20,000 per annum


Where will you be working?

You will be based at our offices in Ipswich


What will be your key responsibilities?

    Send, receive, and action emailsProvide day to day administrative support to the team including scanning, filing, and photocopyingAccurately input data entry on company systems. Check that documentation matches our company systems.Process and log our insurance claimsCommunicate via email and telephone with our internal departments With full training you will learn to:
Conduct reports and investigative audits of our internal systems
Present data in graphical formats
Use our reporting software effectively
Investigate discrepancies
Assign and log non-conformance reports
Create and accurately analyse reports


What were looking for:

Good IT skills i.e. MS packages Word and Excel

You will have your GCSE Maths and English Level 4 (Grade C) and above

Be a self-starter who can use your own initiative, is also proactive and organised

Have strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail
As well as being independent you will enjoy working with others

Upbeat and friendly and keen to learn
