Description
As Finance Manager you will be the no.2 in finance, responsible for:
- Managing a small team
- Developing and supporting team members
- Managing month end close and management reporting
- Balance sheet ownership
- Cost control
- Budgeting and forecasting reviews
- Influencing and challenging stakeholders across the business at every level
- Being the face of finance for the operational stakeholders within the company
Profile
- Fully qualified with 1-3 years post-qualified experience (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Looking to step up into Finance Manager position with the ambition to grow with this company
- Ambitious and interested in the prospect of the role turning into a Financial Controller within 2 years
