Job Details

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, a flair for numbers, be highly organized, and have excellent leadership skills. The noteworthy Assistant Controller should work directly with operations to solve problems and provide our project teams with the accounting tools they need to accurately project their project's financial results.

Duties and Responsibilities

Process confidential salary payroll
Process and audit all payroll tax reporting
Prepare financial reports monthly for Controller/CFO
Establish & monitor internal controls
Prepare income statements
Participate in budgeting processes
Manage financial transactions
Streamline accounting functions and operations
Develop plans for financial growth
Coordinating audit processes
Financial Controller Requirements:

Four + years of audit and/or direct accounting experience
Good communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
Compliance oriented
