Responsibilities

• Supporting team leads to hiring across technology, product, sales, marketing, and other roles
• Coordinating with candidates to schedule the interviews
• Evaluating the candidates' skills and key responsibility areas
• Maintaining a candidate database and generating reports from time to time
• Strategizing with the team on enhancing the recruitment experience and processes
• Managing sourcing for suitable candidates as per job requirements and critical attributes as required for the role and ensuring delivery of quality resumes within the specified turnaround time
• Managing recruitment, onboarding of new team members, as well as assisting in other HR generalist functions

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience
• Are Proficient in English written communication and Email Writing.
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Having a basic understanding of HR frameworks
• Prior experience with a fintech startup is desirable.
• You can start immediately.
• Have relevant skills and interests
