We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives on a broad collection of responsibilities and has previous experience related to technology. In this role you'll design, plan, and execute a roadmap for best practice and continuous improvement in the trade of Analysis across Bank & Wealth Technology.

You will ensure that business requirements are captured, analysed, maintained and traceable so the end-to-end platform solution delivers the required business outcomes. Here you'll find everything you need to thrive in a dynamic and supportive work culture where no two days are the same.

What you'll do

• Design and build integration solutions for specific business problems or project requirements
• Produce end to end business process maps, looking for opportunities to standardise and improve process maturity
• Document functional and non-functional business and system requirements
• Produce cohesive and detailed business solution designs to support delivery of strategic initiatives
• Produce and collaboratively refine user stories, journey maps, prototypes and other artefacts
• Design and document the component of a solution covering a technical or application domain as a member of a team of developers for a project involving multiple domains
• Support application software by analysing and fixing problems

What you'll bring

• 5+years' experience in a business/system analyst role
• Banking and NPP experience required
• Previous experience with an emphasis on business delivery of large scale, technology projects
• Experience in conducting business analysis within an Agile environment
• Skilled facilitator, with strong presence, presentation, and storytelling expertise
• Broad and proven experience working on Banking or related Financial systems
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret and aggregate verbal stakeholder input, legacy documentation, BI data and existing software
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyse customer requirements; influence design solutions in-line with Technology strategy
