Advanced Word and Excel essential. 5 Years experience managing payroll end to end of which at least 2 years managing a team. Knowledge of payroll and tax principles and practices. In-depth knowledge and experience in payroll calculations and processing. Statutory requirements - tax and labour law. Knowledge of payroll impact on accounting systems. Advanced computer system and system integration knowledge. Control the delivery of a timely, accurate, compliant payroll function to the business on a monthly basis. Answer queries from any of the business heads and will be accountable for ensuring that the workload is stabilized and that the team members are functioning with accuracy.
