Well established Head Office large Retail / Wholesale concern, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Creditors Clerk to join their team. Report directly to the Creditors Manager and be responsible for making payments to suppliers by processing all relevant documents and ensuring up to date details for all suppliers maximising discounts. Manage queries to ensure that the company receives all credit notes timeously.
Successful incumbent will have a *completed Matric, with minimum 3-5 years Senior Creditors experience within a Retail concern*. Manage and book value of R60m with high volume accounts. Load correctly authorized invoices and statements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; reconcile supplier accounts; resolve supplier queries; perform general tasks etc. Previous experience in managing staff in the AP Department and solid SAP experience essential. *Superb opportunity for career progression into becoming a Supervisor! Position will ideally suit a female.*
